FAQ


1. Where are you located?

Damn Good Ceramics is based in my tiny studio in Kyiv, Ukraine, where all featured ceramic pieces are handmade.

2. When will my order be shipped?

All items listed on the website are ready to ship — I just need to carefully pack them and bring them to the post office.

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 days after purchase (excluding weekends).

Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

If for any reason your order is not shipped within 3 days, I will обязательно notify you.


3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide 🌍

Estimated delivery times:

 • USA: 7–10 business days

 • Europe: 10–15 business days (depends on destination country)

All parcels include tracking and can be monitored during the whole journey.

For US orders, import fees are covered by me as the sender.

For European orders, customs fees are paid by the recipient according to their country’s regulations.


4. How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.


5. I saw an item on your Instagram that is sold out. Can you remake it?

Yes, I can recreate any of my previous works.

However, ceramics is a living process and many factors affect the final result, so slight variations may occur (line thickness, shades, small details). Overall, it will be very close to what you loved 🌚


6. How do I order a custom piece?

You can send me your ideas through the contact form or via Instagram (faster communication there).

After we discuss all details, I’ll create a private listing for you. Once payment is completed, I begin production.

⏳ Average production time: 3–4 weeks

If something goes wrong or I’m unable to complete your order, you will receive a full refund.


7. Can I cancel or return my order?

You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped.

Once the package has been sent, cancellation is no longer possible.


8. How do you pack ceramics?

I pack each piece very carefully using plenty of protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. The packaging may not look aesthetic, but safety always comes first.

If you purchased an item as a gift, you may wish to rewrap it for presentation 🎁


9. What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and attach photos. I will do my best to resolve the situation fairly.

Please contact me within 24 hours after delivery if there is any issue.


10. Can your pieces be washed in a dishwasher?


I don’t recommend using a dishwasher, since handmade ceramics are more delicate than mass-produced tableware.

Items with gold or silver details must not be placed in a microwave.


11. Are your glazes food safe?

Yes. All tableware glazes I use are certified as safe for contact with food.


12. Do you sign your pieces?

Yes, I sign larger works. Miniature pieces remain unsigned due to their small size.


13. Do you accept wholesale orders?
